I was playing Skyrim one day and I got inspired by the Khajiit being sneaky peoples, the Theives Guild, and the Dragonborn. And I thought it was kinda funny how looking through people's inventory is harmless, but taking anything is a crime.

Also this is too funny, but had they done it so npcs could do this to me there would have been a lot of dead ppl everywhere. e.e
